They put them in a machine that rolls over them to crack them and then it shakes the shells off of them and the convayer takes them to where they are packaged for consumption
How do they get sunflower seeds out of the shells?
Use your front teeth on the point of the shell, use your teeth like a pry bar only hard enough to spilt it or it will fall apart and you will have a mess! Enjoy!
