Are sunflower seeds shells bad for you?

no - lots of fiber - though you probably won't digest the shells all that well, which can make for uncomfortable bowel movements.

Are sunflower seeds shells bad for you?
They shouldn't hurt you, but I don't know why anyone would want to eat them. My grandchildren chew them up, but they certainly don't have any taste.
