I am looking for a recipe that uses puff pastry shells with a cream sauce and shrimp on top. Anyone know this?

It's known as Vol au Vent au Crevette. Purches the shells at your grocer and prepare your cream sauce using white wine, cream, fresh tarragon and S%26amp;P oh ya and the shrimp right at the end so you don't turn them into little erasers, there a bit chewy when there're over cooked
