Nothing....it's just a load of fiber. It will probably aid in some digestion actually.
What happens if i eat peanut shells?
I don't think anything bad will happen. I sometimes eat the shell with the whole peanut; it's actually pretty tasty. Very salty, but tasty.
Reply:I say go for it, eat a whole bunch. Just remember, what goes in, has to come out. I did once when I was a kid and let me tell you, you are in for an experience of a life time. One you will never forget.
