He says they're called egg plants, they're planted in empty egg shells (very possibly synthetic???) you break the top off and put them in water and they grow. I'm supposed to gethold of them as table decorations for mothers day, anyone heard of them %26amp; know which website to get them from.

Reply:I garden. I have planted seedlings in egg shells filled with a small amount of soil and then transferred them to the garden. It's a neat little natural thing to do.
I don't know anywhere you can buy them already done for you. I've never even seen any nurseries do this for any reason, holiday or not.
If this were my assignment, I'd go back to the boss and ask for more details. Good luck! (bosses sure are imposing at times.)
Reply:i've seen them at target in the toy section or you can try the discovery store
Reply:At Target in the toy department they have eggshells that sprout and they come with little messages...there in little cans. I'm not sure if that's the same thing. I can't remember what they are called.
Reply:I think ur boss is pulling your leg,,but if there is such a thing,,please let us know ;)
