How do they get the shells off of bay shrimp?

Surely, they can't have people peeling each tiny one.

How do they get the shells off of bay shrimp?
Yep, one by one.

1. To peel shrimp, grasp the tail in one hand and the legs in the other.

2. Then in one motion, pull the legs off.

3. Peel back the shell, and remove.
