Just a few who don't seem to have any real chance to win any nomination-like Kusinich, Paul, and Gravel.
We have to change this country drastically for the better. We need someone with totally new thoughts, someone who isn't afraid of anyone, and some true honesty!
How come most of the people running for president just seem like empty shells and are programmed what to say?
The wealthy and corrupt businesses buy their politicians and tell them what to say.
Maybe those who are receiving funds from the people will represent the people.
There is no such thing as an honest politician.
Here is what I could find so far that tells how each candidate stands on the issues.

If they are in Congress or the House, look at their past and present votes to see what they really want.
Hitlery wants illegals, gun bans and abortions. Obomin8 wants the same thing. Don't vote by gender or race. Vote by their stance on the issues. This is the US where gender and race should not be an issue anymore.
Reply:The leaders want to stay Politically Correct with their party's mores, without rocking the boat too much.
The front runners know that anything controversial, i.e. Howard Dean's whoopee sound, might sink their chances.
Note how Mitt Romney has changed his position on abortion to fall in line with the majority of his party's feelings on the matter?
Reply:That's the definition of politician%26gt;empty %26amp; shell
Reply:the spin doctors tell them what to speak about depending what the other candidates mess up saying.
Reply:To quote T. S. Eliot: "We are the hollow men, we are the stuffed men, headpiece filled with straw, alas...."
Reply:They are not like our great leader.
Reply:Sounds like you are thinking of B. Hussein Obama. He is all looks, but no substance. Like the other respondent stated, we survived Jimmy Carter. Please use common sense and research the candidate you vote for.
Reply:personally, i'd love to see dennis kucinich take the nomination and then the presidency, but that's a long shot. as is mike gravel. strange bedfellows, but i guess the doctor belongs in that group, though he's a bit too wack for me. but as for the rest, i fully agree... , empty shells, and programmed what to say. most have the personalities of old dishrags, and about as much heart. btw, kucinich made a big impression the other day at the ohio afl-cio speech, he may be picking up labor, what's left of it. go dennis.
Reply:all politicians, or anyone who gets exposed to the media, are briefed and primed on what to say, because the media, nasty bastards that they are, are trying to put words in their mouths.
Reply:American Politics in a nutshell:
Bob: Hey Jim, I kinda like the puppet on the left, what do you think?
Jim: I don't know Bob, I kinda like the puppet on the right.
Bob: Hey!! Wait a minute! Did you see that?
Jim: Yeah, Bob. It's the same guy holding both puppets!!!
FOX, CNN, ABC, etc.: Go back to sleep America, your government is in control...
Nobody wants to end up like Kennedy
Reply:It is standard procedure.
Reply:Unfortunately we live in a world where people believe so called reality TV shows are actually real. As such it seems that people wouldn't believe anyone who is real. The ones you mentioned, except for Gravel, are losers and a bit over the top anyway.
Reply:People thought like you after the Nixon Water Gate Scandal. We ended up with Jimmy Carter. Be very careful, I survived him and know enough to never want to repeat that train wreck again. Learn from history.
