Do you have to use eggs in the recipe for sausage stuffed shells?
I assume you're stuffing shells with a blend of cheese (ricotta/cottage) and sausage. The egg is in there to make the stuffing more firm, but it's not necessary.
Reply:i never have. I use ricotta or cottage cheese and mix w/ ramano, parmesan, etc. and stuff
