What is your idea about child rights protection in Israel, if to look at a photo with girls writing on shells?

Writing on military shells "with love from Israel".

These photos were published in many websites, e.g. http://www.tinyrevolution.com/mt/archive...

Do you know the story how these girls had access to armament and how that happened that children are involved in military actions? I understand that some very poor countries in Africa who did not hear about rights of children involve them, but how that happened that Israeli people think it s OK?

Well, Israeli people probably think it is okay, because their beliefs about their religion and culture are as strong as the hezbollah. Different beliefs but still the same. As for being rich or poor country I don't believe that has anything to do with it. People, rich or poor, hopefully have some morals and wouldn't put children in that situation. But, I think that you will find that the children suffer through the beliefs of the adults around them.
Reply:They're getting bombed by people who want to wipe them of the face of the planet, let them write, it might be their last chance.
Reply:So one picture, and you claim to ne an expert on Israeli Child Protection laws. Israel is a country at war now. Everyone is part of the war effort. And if it boosts the morale of the army for some teenagers to paint a slogan on the artillery shells, well, so be it.

Well, what most people do not understand is that there are military outposts all over Israel, since it is a very small country.

Many of the communites have installations, and the soldiers are adopted by the communities. Under their supervision, most of the children come to see and ask about the weapons.

Is it okay, Why not. When I do my reserve duty, I come home with weapons, and my children ask about them. Nothing wrong with that.

To tell you the truth, most Israeli children know a lot more current events and politics and world geopolitics than their conterparts in America and Europe. They are much more aware of what is going on.
