dice up some pancetta or bacon and fry til crisp, remove from pan and drain on paper towels. To pan add 1 cup of heavy cream, 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese and 1 tbsp. parsley and pepper to taste, and 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg. Heat until hot but not boiling. Add bacon or pancetta back in, stir. Pour over shells [or any pasta] Cover shells with Parmesan cheese and bake just until shells are hot and cheese browns a little @ 375 degrees.

Serve with broccoli or green salad, great meal.
Reply:Here's the best homemade spaghetti sauce I've ever had. Makes a lot, but freezes very well.

Spaghetti Sauce

2 - 28 ounce cans tomato puree

2 - 18 ounce cans tomato paste

32 ounces water (approximately, add more or less to your thickness preference)

2 tbls minced garlic

2-3 bay leaves

1 tbls dried basil

1 tbls dried parsley

1 tbls dried oregano

? tsp dried thyme

? tsp dried sage

Mix all ingredients in a 5 quart Dutch oven; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat, cover and simmer over very low heat several hours for flavors to meld, stirring occasionally. Do not let it boil too rapidly. Since tomato products seem to vary in sweetness, a couple teaspoons of sugar can be added if a little extra sweetness is desired.
Reply:You can use spaghetti sauce it might sound gross but it's good.
Reply:I like just basic cream and parmesaen sauces which are the best and if they are dessert then maybe a sweet chocolate sauce.
