They are already cooked. Do not cook them again. The work has been done for you they are cooked and shelled you just have to leave them in the fridge until they defrost and they are ready to use. If you didn't intend to eat them cold, you can warm them up in another prepared dish but only put them in for the last 5 minutes to warm up as you don't want to overcook them.
Reply:Thank you Report It
Reply:i steam mine as i would the shelled shrimp
Reply:If they are pink, they are cooked. Also, the best way to warm them up is with cold water (sounds funny, but it works). Them cook them the way you are going to prepare them - like toss them in pasta. Just if you are going to cook them again, add them last so that they don't get too chewy.
Reply:Yes
Reply:yes, but not for too long or they will be rubbery...
Reply:Yes, but it will only take a very short period of time. The minute they change color, take them out.
Reply:u jus steam it.
Reply:Heat and serve. Don't steam them too long, there is nothing worse than overcooked shrimp.
Reply:Throw them in at the last few minutes because they're already cooked.
Reply:do not re cook them! thaw them in some cold water for a few minutes. If you want them warm then cook only for a couple of minutes or they will be nasty.
Reply:They are already cooked. If you were going to serve them cold, just defrost them (in warm water works) and serve. If you were putting them in something, just defrost them and put them in. You can steam them, but it doesnt matter.
Reply:Thaw and eat. you can warm them but if you steam them they'll get rubbery.

Make your own coctail sauce

ketchup

lemon

horseradish

pepper

Good eating

happy new year
Reply:yeah, but for it to taste extra good. u put EXTRA sauce when u steam it. cause the shell will then act like a jail cell and trap the sauce with the shrimp. or u can peel it then cook it.

HOPE THIS HELPS!!
Reply:I pan fry for about 1 minute with butter and garlic. No longer than 2 minutes or the shrimp will be tough. Happy New Years!
Reply:yeh just put them in the skillet
Reply:i toss with cajun spice and put on the grill for some smokey depth.
Reply:I get those all the time, but from Aldis. They SAY cooked, but they're not cooked enough for me so I usually rinse them, put them in the microwave with saran wrap on top and nuke them for 1 to 2 minutes. They're fine then.
