Great recipe for Italian sausage and stuffed shells?

I've invited my sister and her fiance over for dinner and he loves Italian food. I want to make cheese stuffed shells with a side of italian sausage. Anyone have a great recipe I could use? (ps. he hates mushrooms). Thanks!!!

Reply:I love making stuffed shells. Mine are basic but I love 'em.

2 cup bag of your favorite shredded cheese, mozzerella since they italian.

2 sticks of cream cheese

2 boxes of frozen spinach (unless you feeling like choppin plenty)

box of shells

tablespoon of parmesan cheese

can of tomato sauce

large spoonful of sour cream

Mix spinach and the cream cheese together (thats hard work, but worth it. Otherwise stouffers frozen cream cheese works great)

Add 1 1/2 cups of cheese, sour cream, parmesan, and mix.

Stuff those cooled shells full.

Top them with the tomato sauce and the last 1/2 cup of cheese.

Cover and bake.

Oven at 350 for an hour.

They have to cool uncovered for about a good 1/2 hour. Will be very very hot.

Just to let you know, I hate mushrooms to.

Johnsonville hot sausages always go good with anything.
