B-B-Q Shrimp serves 4

5 lbs. shrimp boiled w/seasoning

1 bunch celery w/leaves chopped coarse

3-4 cloves garlic chopped

6 lemons cut in half

1 lb. butter ( I used margarine) cut into cubes

1/2 to 1 (2 1/4 0z) jar cracked black pepper

Worcestershire sauce to taste

1 to 2 tablespoons salt

hot sauce to taste

Rinse raw shrimp and place in very shallow pan. Add celery %26amp; garlic. Squeeze lemons over top and save halves. Dot with butter and sprinkle with remaining seasonings. Arrange lemon halves on top. Place shrimp under broiler until butter melts and shrimp start to turn pink ( about 5 mins), stirring several times. When all the shrimp are slightly pink, reduce temp to 350 degrees and bake in oven 20-30 mins. or until done, stirring often. Do not overcook or shrimp will become mushy. Taste for doneness. Serve hot w/plenty of French bread for dipping.
