What is the difference between electron shells and electron orbitals? Please explain?

The best name for them is electron ehergy levels. The electron may be found at a given distance frrom the nucleus, but not in a given spot, as it is moving. The energy levels best define where an electron may be. The term orbitals and shells are sometimes interchanged. Orbitals can describe the shape of the areas where electrons may be found. There are also sublevels within the given levels.

What is the difference between electron shells and electron orbitals? Please explain?
Each shell is made up of different numbers of sub-shells, and each sub-shell is made up of different numbers of orbitals.
