Simple Stuffed Shells?

I bought the shells that you cook and can stuff, the sauce, hamburger, riocatta, motzerella, parmesean, eggs and all that stuff. My husband wants stuffed shells with just meat or meat and cheese. Not just cheese. Does anyone have a simple recipe I could use for the ingrediants I already have?

Simple Stuffed Shells?
MEAT %26amp; CHEESE STUFFED SHELLS

1 (12 oz.) pkg. lg. shells

1 lb. hamburg

1/2 c. diced onion

1/3 c. diced celery

1 clove garlic, minced

1/3 c. sherry or white wine

3 pts. spaghetti sauce

1/4 lb. Mozzarella, shredded

1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

2 eggs, slightly beaten

1/4 c. parsley

1/2 c. bread crumbs

Salt %26amp; pepper to taste

Boil 6 quarts of water. Gradually add shells so water remains boiling. Boil uncovered 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Brown hamburg, drain. Add onions, celery, garlic, salt, pepper and wine. Simmer until celery is tender. Drain excess liquid.

In large bowl combine cheese, eggs, parsley and bread crumbs and mix. Add meat mixture and stir well.

Pour 1 pint of sauce into the bottom of a 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Stuff shells with meat, cheese mixture and place in pan. Pour remaining sauce over the top of stuffed shells. Cover pan and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
