I'm looking for a really good recipe for Stuffed Jumbo Pasta shells with ground beef & rice...Anyone?

Sure. Adding rice to pasta makes for a rather starch filled dish, however if that is what you like then it's perferctly ok.

Stuffed Shells

1 lb ground beef

1/2 cup Minute Rice

2 eggs, beaten

1/8 teaspoon garlic, minced

1/3 cup onions, minced

1/4 cup parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon celery salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

1 can tomato sauce

1/2 cup water

Italian seasons to taste

1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

Precook shells 1/2 the time specified on the pkg directions.

Let cool.

Combine first 6 ingredients to prepare filling and stuff shells when cool enough to handle and form meatballs.

Combine sauce, water and worcestershire in pot. Bring to boil and add stuffed shells.

Cook 30 - 45 minutes on low until done.

Serve with Ricotta or any grated cheese of your choice.

Reply:i usually use the recipe on the pasta box. but it doesn't have rice in it.
Reply:I dont have one that includes beef and rice, but the one listed below is the best stuffed shell recipe that I have ever eaten.

*Jumbo Shells (Boiled / cooled in water)

*2 or 3 Boiled Chicken breasts (chopped into pieces)

*1 Box or bag Chopped Broccoli (Slightly Steamed)
