What kind of cheeses do you put in manacotti or stuffed shells?
Ricotta, mozarella and parmesean

Same basic ingredients in lasagna, just different pasta
Reply:What I like to use is Ricotta, Mozzarella, and fresh grated Parmesean.

To this I add bread crumbs and an egg to hold it together.
Reply:You Can Make Stuffed Shells with Feta and Mozzarella, although Ricotta should be the main ingrediant/
Reply:I use a mixture of

1 part ricotta

1/2 part mozzarella

1/4 part fresh grated parmesian

ex:

1 cup

1/2 cup

1/4 cup

and depending on how many you make you can adjust measurements

I also add some grated garlic, sweet basil, and onion powder

to taste
Reply:I use ricotta and shredded mozzarella (or provolone)... You might want to add some Parmesan too, but not necessary. I use alot of feta too, but that's mainly for Mediterranean/Greek dishes.....
Reply:I use ricotta as the main cheese with some mozzarella in it as well and an egg beaten
Reply:That is exactly what I use! YUMMMMY!
Reply:Use all three... ricotta should be the main cheese though
Reply:ricotta
