What is the difference betweens the eggs with white shells and the white shells?
* "The color difference is due to the specific breed of hen, according to the Egg Nutrition Center. Hens with white feathers and white earlobes will lay white eggs, whereas hens with red feathers and matching-colored earlobes give us brown eggs."
Reply:Nothing.
Reply:Those brown eggs come from the sexy RhodeIsland Red chickens.. :)
Reply:"Brown eggs are local eggs, and local eggs are fresh!" or so the jingle goes. Really, nothing, I think.
Reply:Eggs with white shells are the same as white shells. Brown shelled eggs are the same too just different types of chickens
Reply:the difference is purley cosmetic....isn't it always?
