What are the shelf lifes of hard boiled eggs in, or out of, the shells?

In the shell, don't keep more than a week.

Out of the shell, submerged in water, no more than 3 days.

Refrigerate either way.

Reply:I would be careful with egg's. You can get sick onthem. I would always keep them refrigerated.,
Reply:keep in the fridge and the ones in the shell damp and in a plastic baggie - they will dry out somewhat in the shell if not covered.
Reply:Hard boiled eggs, in the shell, in the fridge are good for a week. Out of the shell, one or two days, max. Not refrigerated? Toss them out. For the 2 or 3 dollars, it's not worth getting food poisoning over, is it!
