The turkey in the oven is so big that i only have the top rack left to cook the stuffed shells.will their be enough heat to cook them thru seeing as tho the turkey is covering the whole bottom of the oven.

They will cook fine on the top rack. Remember your turkey needs about 20 minutes to rest before carving it, so you can put the shells in about 20 minutes before the turkey is scheduled to be done, then finish your shells on the middle rack after removing the bird. Good luck!
Reply:It will cook, but it will take longer to finish. If you can find a way to move the turkey over a little so that some heat can rise up. If there is no room you may want to wait until the turkey is done, but I'm sure it'll be fine.
